Corissa is a Berlin-based communication designer and art director delivering for fashion, media and lifestyle brands in both print and digital landscapes. She believes in stimulating audiences by telling beautiful stories in print and through interactive experiences on digital platforms.
Corissa was the designer at ELLE Canada for several years before relocating to Europe. She designed pages for print, played a key role in developing the digital edition, and earned creative freedom to produce special projects such as event material and a series of trend reports titled ELLE Collections. She then held a position as the Senior Designer at Carry-On Publishing, a new digital publishing company where she built brands from the ground up and reimagined the publishing industry with a team of digital specialists in Berlin. She now runs a full-time freelance business, working with various international clients to produce high quality brand, campaign and editorial content.
Her experience ranges from luxury publications and brands to independent magazines and start-ups. With differing approaches to the creative process, this combination has led to a design process that balances technical precision with innovation.
